At Canada Weather Gear, we want you to be fully prepared for the elements. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
